The heart behind the work -- why I do what I do.
I'm a pediatric occupational therapist with a deep passion for helping children and families thrive. I believe that every child deserves to feel confident, capable, and supported -- and that starts with meeting families exactly where they are.
My journey into occupational therapy began with a simple but powerful idea: that small, meaningful changes in a child's environment and daily routines can unlock incredible growth. Whether I'm guiding a parent through sensory strategies at the kitchen table or leading a group class at a community center, my goal is always the same -- to empower families with practical tools they can use every day.
I specialize in working with children who experience sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and behavioral challenges. I bring warmth, creativity, and an evidence-based approach to everything I do.
When I'm not working with families, you'll find me exploring the outdoors, trying new recipes, or curled up with a good book.
Everything I do is grounded in these core values.
Children learn best through play. I use playful, engaging activities to build skills in a way that feels natural and fun -- never forced.
You know your child best. I work alongside you as a partner, weaving strategies into your family's unique routines and priorities.
Every brain is different, and that's a beautiful thing. I celebrate each child's strengths while providing support where it's needed.
